Sound familiar?

Importing from Asia costs more than the invoice says.

Long lead times, colour drift between orders, warranties no one honours, cash locked in prepayments. Here is what changes when your factory is a day's drive away.

01

Six to ten weeks at sea

Every design change waits for another consolidation window and another sea leg. With Neonica: 24–48 hours by road to most of Europe, 2–3 days to the UK.

02

Every batch looks different

Colour shift between orders ruins a project. We use strict MacAdam binning and per-batch traceability, so a repeat order matches the original run.

03

A warranty you can't enforce

A claim sent to the other side of the world rarely comes back. Our 5–7 year warranty is backed by our own lab data and a manufacturer in your time zone.

04

Cash tied up for months

100% prepayment or a letter of credit before anything ships. Approved accounts get standard Net 30 payment terms.

05

Container-sized minimums

Short project runs are uneconomic to order offshore. Pilot batches and project lengths are standard here. A 200 m run gets the same care as 20,000 m.

06

Your design in someone else's catalogue

Bespoke drawings and tooling travel far beyond the original customer. Made in the EU, your design is protected by EU contract and IP law. One jurisdiction, one enforceable agreement.

Sourcing logic

What changes when your factory is inside the EU

It is not only a price argument. It is a control argument, and control is what bespoke lighting projects run on.

Poland is not the cheapest place in the world to build a metre of Neon Flex. It is one of the few where you can build it fast, change it twice, and always know where your intellectual property ends up.

What we make

One factory. Complete linear lighting systems.

Our catalogue is the starting point. Length, pitch, colour, connectors, cable exits, packaging and branding can all be built to your own reference.

LED strip reels on an SMT line

LED strip

SMT-assembled on our own lines. Single colour, tunable white, RGB / RGBW and digital pixel strips on constant-voltage platforms.

  • Strict MacAdam binning, batch after batch
  • Premium LEDs from leading global makers
  • Encapsulation up to IP68
RGB Neon Flex

Neon Flex

Silicone extruded and encapsulated in-house, so custom profiles become a routine production job rather than a sourcing problem.

The plant in Łódź

Not a trading company. A real factory you can visit.

Quality & compliance

We test what we make, in our own laboratory.

Photometric measurement, mechanical endurance testing and in-process checks. Data you can inspect before your project depends on it.

Bend and twist endurance

A dedicated rig cycles profiles to failure and logs every count. The unit shown has passed 83,000 continuous cycles.

Integrating sphere

Luminous flux, efficacy, CCT, CRI and chromaticity measured on site, so datasheet values are verified measurements, not claims.

In-process supervision

Operators check against documented approval criteria at every stage, with records kept for each production batch.

OEM & private label

Built to your reference, not our catalogue.

All of this is a normal engineering conversation here. The one thing we won't do is tell you a specification is feasible when it isn't.

Electrical

Voltage, watts per metre, LED density, PCB architecture, cut length, connectors and feed system.

02

Mechanical

Profile dimensions, bend direction, cable exits, mounting interfaces, end caps and IP terminations.

03

Optical

CCT, CRI and R9 targets, lumen output, binning tolerances and diffusion for dot-free light.

04

Branding

Your part numbers, printing and labels, private-label documentation and installation inserts.

05

Packaging

Reel and coil formats, project kits, accessory sets, carton design and shipping units.

06

Supply model

Pilot batches, rolling forecasts, agreed MOQs, safety stock and scheduled serial production.

How we start

A five-step qualification path

Minimal upfront commitment, with documented approval before any volume production. Timings are indicative and confirmed per project.

  1. Week 1

    Pick your references

Three to five products you buy today with the strongest OEM potential.

  2. Weeks 1–2

    Technical exchange

Electrical, mechanical, optical and compliance requirements agreed in writing.

  3. Weeks 3–5

    Samples and review

Samples made in Łódź, measured against your expectations, adjustments agreed.

  4. Weeks 6–10

    Pilot batch

A controlled first run built to pre-approved quality criteria.

  5. Ongoing

    Serial supply

Volume production on rolling forecasts, agreed MOQs and Net 30 terms.

Next step

One email. Three to five references.

Send us the products you currently import. We come back with a full technical evaluation, not a generic brochure.

What we ask from you

  • 3–5 priority product references
  • Target specifications and tolerances
  • Indicative annual volume
  • Compliance or packaging constraints

What you get back

  • Technical review of each reference
  • Feasibility and sampling plan
  • Recommended qualification roadmap
  • Commercial outline for a pilot batch

Łódź is a short flight from most European capitals, and the plant is minutes from the city centre. Come and see the line in person.

One email is all it takes
